Total landscape maintenance of five (5) separate retirement center locations with more than 100 acres of turf, landscape, and paved areas.

General landscape maintenance includes weekly mowing, blowing off all hard surfaces, fertilization and weed control, spring and fall cleanups, mulch, aeration, seeding, pond and waterfall maintenance and annual plant installation.
